Class 4 mutants are mutants that always have a normal appearance. Their powers are considerably strong but they have a flaw with their powers that prevents them from being a Class 5 mutant. Not all Class 4 mutants have a flaw. Those kind of mutants are categorized here because their powers are too strong for Class 3 but too weak for Class 5.
